Learning or confirming that there is a valid explanation for why certain things pose greater challenges for you specifically can be a great relief.
With this information, you can focus your efforts on targeted solutions to improve your life. Many have found that the diagnosis itself can lead to increased self-awareness, self-compassion, healing and growth.
I aim to present diagnostic categories in a way that removes stigma and negative self-concept. A mental health diagnosis can be useful information and a tool in a process of healing and transformation.

How to Get Started
-
The first step is to contact me by whatever mode of communication is convenient for you.
-
It is helpful if you share your preferred way to be contacted (phone, email, text) in return; and good time windows to reach you by phone.
-
If my services seem like they may be a fit for you (i.e. therapeutic areas, payment options), you are welcome to schedule a free initial consultation.
-
In your consultation, you will have a chance to share more about what’s bringing you to seek out assessment and evaluation services and ask questions.
-
We will discuss whether or not my services seem like a good fit for you. Referrals to more appropriate assessment services can be provided, if not.
-
After the consultation, if you feel like you would like to move ahead, you are welcome to schedule a first session.
-
Before your first session, you will receive new client paperwork in your secure client portal to review, sign and fill-out.
-
New client paperwork includes informed consent documents, practice policies, and detailed questionnaires all about you.
-
Scheduling frequency will depend on your preferences and presenting concerns
