Information on the HIPAA-secure form is directly sent to an electronic health records system (Simple Practice) and does not utilize e-mail or the website messaging system (which directs messages via e-mail).

Please do not include sensitive personal data or information you wish to remain confidential in emails and/or general inquiry website contact forms.

While HFT uses HIPAA-secure e-mail, messages sent using e-mail and the website's general message system are not encrypted and inherently not secure, meaning there is the remote potential of messages being intercepted by third parties.
