What is Reimbursify?

Reimbursify is a platform that assists clients to file out-of-network reimbursement claims for mental health services. HFT clients can easily file claims (one at a time or several at once) in online or using the Reimbursify app.

How does Reimbursify work?

Clients go through the following steps to get reimbursed: 1. Download the app (Optional) Start by downloading the Reimbursify app, which is available for iOS and Android devices. - OR - Visit Reimbursify's Client/Patient Portal online 2. Enter your claim information Fill in the necessary details about your claim, such as provider information, treatment dates, costs, where the visit occurred and a photo of your receipt — which we call the superbill 3. Submit and relax & stay updated Hit submit and let Reimbursify take care of the rest — no more complicated forms or lost paperwork. Then, receive real-time updates on your claim status directly through the app, ensuring you are always in the loop. 4. Get reimbursed You receive a reimbursement check from your insurance company (or an equivalent amount applied to your OON deductible, if applicable)
