Please do not include sensitive personal data or information you wish to remain confidential in emails and/or general website contact forms.

The Contact Form buttons, the Contact page, and the Free Consultation page have a HIPAA-secure encrypted form for sending us secure messages. Information on this form is directly sent to our HIPAA-secure electronic health records system (Simple Practice) and does not utilize e-mail or our website's messaging system (which also directs messages to us via e-mail).

While we use HIPAA-secure e-mail, messages sent using e-mail and the website's general message system (also found on the Contact page) are not encrypted and inherently not secure, meaning there is the remote potential of messages being intercepted by third parties.
