Diagnostic Assessment & Evaluation
Learning or confirming that you have ADHD, Autism/ASD, OCD or another form of neurodiversity can lead to increased self-awareness, healing and growth.
When viewed as patterns, information and tools for healing, diagnostic categories can help to remove stigma and negative self-beliefs. Learning that there is a valid explanation for why certain things pose greater challenges for you specifically, frees up your mind to work towards effective personalized solutions.

You are then able to move from limiting mental frameworks (“there is something wrong with me…”) to empowering and expansive ones (“I am encountering a challenging aspect of how my brain works… let me reach for some of the tools that have helped other people in similar situations…”). ​

Using Insurance
Clients with "out-of -network" insurance benefits may be able to use their insurance plan to help cover the cost of therapy.
TeleHealth
Sessions are delivered through Telehealth (live video conferencing)
and are typically 55 minutes long.
