What you'll need for teletherapy...

- A quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted. - A reliable internet connection - A computer with a webcam or a smartphone or a tablet - Access to a web browser or app store to download the Simple Practice app and/or Spruce Health app Detailed additional information and any needed tech support will be provided prior to your consultation and/or first session.

What are the benefits of accessing therapy via teletherapy?

1. Convenience Easily fit therapy into your schedule and have sessions from whichever private space makes the most sense for you.​ 2. Comfort Access therapy from a familiar space where you can attend to your physical and/or sensory needs.​ 3. Greater flexibility Access therapy from wherever you need to be on a given day, whether that’s at work, from home, or another private space. 4. Increased accessibility No need to navigate transport to appointments, parking, or accessing a physical location. 5. Save time Reduce travel time to and from sessions.​​ 6. Limited physical contact No need to navigate an office waiting room​​. 7.
