HFT is an all online therapy group in Washington and Oregon offering Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy; in addition to, Diagnostic Assessment for ADHD and Autism Spectrum.

Position
Therapist in Washington and/or Oregon.​
Open to Independently Licensed and Associate level therapists.
(Credentials: LMHC/LMHCA, LPA/LPCA, LMFT/LMFTA, LICSW/LISWA, or LCSW/LCSWA)
Position Details

W2 employee position
-
All online (no hybrid or in person positions, at the moment)

Flexible caseload – caseload is up to therapist with low minimum hour requirements (12 per month) and a maximum of 40 hours per week

Flexible schedule – therapists manage their own schedules
-
Flexible start date
-
Gradual caseload buildup – this is a new position and therefore there will be a slow build-up of the client caseload. Hours will start less and gradually increase to between 3 - 40 hours per week depending on the clinician's preference.

Minimum Requirements

Completed Master’s degree in mental health counseling field.
-
Fully Licensed or registered as an Associate in Washington and/or Oregon.

Interest and/or experience working with individual adults, couples and/or families.

Maintenance of state board continuing education requirements
-
Knowledge of and consistent practice of professional ethics
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills regarding use of EHR software, time management and all clinical documentation.

Invested in pursuing professional development and providing goal-directed treatment.
-
Motivated towards learning, growth, and interpersonal skills.
-
Has actively committed to their own personal healing work, mental health, and ongoing self-care.

Someone who enjoys working independently, but appreciates the supportive structure of a group practice.

Professional appearance appropriate to the position.

This is an online position with video conferencing requirements. Therefore, applicants must have: a private space with a professional backdrop to conduct sessions from; a computer; and a reliable internet connection. (Tech upgrades for lighting/audio/camera may be available on loan from HFT for those who need them).

All clinicians must pass a criminal background and Inspector General check
Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of post-graduate experience working with adults and/or couples and/or families.

Interest and/or experience working with couples and/or families
-
Clinical experience with diagnostic evaluation and assessments or interest in becoming trained

Licensed Therapists

(first year): $82.50 / hour (in compensation) + $4 / hour (in Wellness Benefit) = $86.50 per individual client hour

$92.50 / hour (in compensation) + $4 / hour (in Wellness Benefit) = $96.50 per relational client hour

Potential annual compensation: $83,040 - $124,560 (based on 20 - 30 individual client hours per week, 11 weeks of the year)

Associate Therapists
-
(first year): $75 / hour (in compensation) $4 / hour (in Wellness Benefit) = $79 per individual client hour

$85 / hour (in compensation) + $4 / hour (in Wellness Benefit) = $89 per relational client hour

Potential annual compensation: $75,840 - $113,760 (based on 20 - 30 individual client hours per week, 11 weeks of the year)

Flexible Scheduling

No weekly or monthly client hour minimums for therapists

Therapists are in complete control over their own schedules and time-off

Monthly Stipend

Therapists earn a stipend dividend based on number of hours worked.

Stipend dividends are earned on every hour worked (with no minimums or maximums)​, allowing our employees to accrue benefits no matter how much or little they would like to work.

Paid Time off

Therapists earn an hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked
