Hello, I'm Liza. I see clients throughout the state of Oregon. I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and change at any point in our lives. While recognizing the things we are doing well, we can also identify the places where change would lead us to a more connected and satisfying life. ​My priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to identify and work on their therapeutic goals. I firmly believe that therapy is a client-led process and therefore should always be adaptive to clients' needs. Together we will create an overall outlook for your therapeutic objectives. I specialize in women’s health and feel passionate about supporting clients in their therapeutic process. I also enjoy working with couples and families to improve dynamics and establish more fulfilling relationships. ​I draw from the approaches and research of Experiential, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused (EFT) therapies. I have a Masters degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. I am a registered Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon.
